My DVD-Ram that i purchased to replace by samsung that wouldn't play any Disc is now acting up... I have a GSA-H20L... It used to work perfectly, not even two mo old, now my computer doesn't recognize it, or is it the software???, i'm using convertxtoDVD to burn a movie on a dvd, and what happens is when i place my DVD into the drive it first reads it as a blank CD instead of a Blank DVD, and when autoplay comes up it ask to burn blank CD instead of blank DVD... The main problem is in the app converxtodvd when it tealls me to select a drive to burn from it shows this D:- and thats all, with no name, it used to work befor but not it isn't working... Please HELP me!!
