computer problem

When the power switch is on, the power LED does not light up, and nothing comes up.
What may be the reason for this problem? Is it in UPS, or in CPU or ...?

Probably blowen a fuse, check the leads out first, if there ok try replacing the fuse in the PSU.

I checked the fuse at the inlet of the UPS.
I think it is ok.
But where is the fuse in the PSU? Does the whole PSU need to be replaced?

UPS is an Uninterruptable Power Supply.
