Computer probs help please...

So I've recently been having problems when my monitor turns off I cant get display back on and when I go to shut off my PC it stays in the shutting down screen? I've looked online for solutions but can't come across any. I'm running windows 7 help would be appreciated thanks!

Try reinstalling your graphics drivers perhaps. Maybe try reseating your graphics card too (if you have a dedicated GPU).
