I can't find any info on that, you will have to get some more information on it, as to what program that process is for, and where it is located. You could run HJT and it should be able to tell you.
 
mmm, Ussaly when you search yahoo o rgoogle with the file name it comes up with loads of pages about it. when i searched I got 0 results.
 
Since there is no information, I would say that it's some sort of malware. Anything that Microsoft makes or HP, or Dell, etc. would have files online for people to look up. It may be some sort of spyware that changes names when it is deleted. Start up in Safe Mode and run AdAware, Spybot S&D. I would also suggest downloading Hijack This and posting your log in the security section. Somebody there will help.
