Computer program blocking periodically

Hey, I was wondering if there is a program/software that temporarily blocks a program/game from opening or running periodically, for example to only let a certain program run on weekends?

Any help would be much appreciated! :D

Thanks, I'm not sure if that will do the job plus I'm not sure if I want to be paying.
If you have any other suggestions feel free to post.
 
The best way is to make a small and simple program which is hidden all the time and which terminates processes of those programs you do not want to run during the weekend.On that way user(s) cannot run those programs you don't want them to run no matter what they do :D

I made few programs for this purposes just a few weeks ago for my friend's family.I don't know why he neded that,but it seems people want this kind of stuff more and more lol.

But I'll tell you one thing.You will not find a FREE program which does this lol.Still they are not expensive at all.Especially if I make them.The last one I made costed only 14 dollars.

Thanks, are sure you can't find anything that is free and what is the cost if you do 'make them'. Plus, what are these programs called, or could you give me a link so I can take a look?
