Computer question...

Hi everyone,

I just wanna know, if i bring my computer to someone to fix some of my computer hardware.
do they go around and look/mess with,or check your so so private files stuff?
my stuff is in My document folder.

Uh not really? If theres something wrong with your pc you can post about it here and you can get helped over the net most of the time without nothing being comprimised(sp)

well here we can help you, but if you bring it to someone else to fix 99% of time yes, he or she (the tech) will look at your files,movies,even copy all your videos (yes i sometimes do that.),and if ever you have a password on your account he will remove it saying he needed access to fix your pc.

trust me these days you can't trust anyone

simple answer, yes. Better safe than sorry, don't leave any personal information on there while it's being repaired.

Haha, They Do, Ive put key loggers on my computer the time i did sent a computer in to get fixed, Hard ware problem. It was faulty

And the most pressed keys were

Ctrl - C
Ctrl - V

lol. There goes all my music n movies on to their hard drives.

Yup. I heard about some agents that got caught copying all of the pictures off of a computer whenever a cute girl would bring a computer in.
