Computer Randomly Restarting!!! Tcpip problem.

***EDIT: Actually i just noticed that the Tcpip warnings have been there since i got my computer about a month ago. Just now did it start to reboot.***

This started happening two days ago when i got my new monitor back, and had installed another gig of memory.

Ever since, there has been about 20 Tcpip warnings (two of them causing a reboot) saying that:
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I ran 4 virus spyware scans on my computer, two with adaware, one with avast, and one with spybot. I had also ran a memory check and everything is normal.

also, heres a hijackthis log if it helps any

There is nothing that jumps out in your log. To rule out Malware, please do the following.

Run this Dianogstic scan from Kaspersky here http://kaspersky.com/kos/english/kavwebscan.html
Click Accept
When the updates are finished downloading, click Next, Scan Settings
Under Scan using the following antivirus database:, select extended
Make sure the Scan Archives and Scan Mail Bases options are selected as well. Click OK
Click My Computer and wait for the scan to finish
Click Save Report As. Under Save as type:, select Text file. Save this log to your Desktop. If any infections are present, post a copy of it here along with a new 'HijackThis' log.

I'm going to give you some freebies to run. Please keep these and run them once a week. First do the following.

Go to 'Control Panel/folder options/view' and check 'show hidden files and folders'.While there, UNCHECK 'hide protected operating system files(recommended)'. Click Apply and Okay.

Next, disable 'System Restore'. Go to Control Panel/ System/System Restore and check the box ' Turn off system restore on all drives' click 'apply' and 'okay'.

Download Ewido http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ then set it up this way http://rstones12.geekstogo.com/ewidosetup.htm You will need this later in safe mode
Make sure to update this program

Next, download, install and update 'A-squared' here http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

Download, install and update this excellent freebie- Superantispyware here http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

Download ATF-Cleaner to your desktop from this link
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/ You will need it later in safe mode.

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following.

After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;

Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;

Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".

Choose your usual account.

Disable Ewido and Spybot until it is needed.

Firstly, navigate to the following folders and delete them.If not, delete all their contents.

C:\Documents and Settings\Kyle\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\8D6BWP2Z
C:\Documents and Settings\Kyle\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\CDKZO7WR
C:\Documents and Settings\Kyle\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\KXI74TQ7\

Begin running your scans in this order.

A-squared
Ewido
Superantispyware

Run ATF-Cleaner from safe mode.Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Reboot into normal windows and turn 'System Restore' back on and create a 'New Restore Point' by going to 'Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore'.

Update me on the scans and if the issues are continuing.
