COMPUTER RANDOMLY RESTARTS?

my pc has been acting strange. it restarts without warning sometimes. its a pc i made myself. it has WIN X Enterprise fully activated. sometimes when i turn it on, the i hear it trying to boot up, but its like its struggling. the fans speed up a little than they slow down, etc. its strange. Help anyone?

Build it outside of the case on a piece of cardboard and see how it reacts. Sounds like its shorting out against the case.

Microsoft doesn't sell a product called "WIN X Enterprise fully activated". They sell Windows 10 Enterprise, but not to individuals (hence the name, Enterprise). Windows 10 Pro only costs $140 new, so if you paid $200 you got ripped off.

Check the BIOS for your CPU temps. Use your video card drivers to see your GPU temps.

If you have an Intel CPU you can use RealTemp: https://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/

For graphics card you can use GPU-Z or GPU Temp, both fine.

I think HWMonitor does both CPU and GPU temperature though: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

LOOS CORDS WHERE SHORTING OUT ON THE CASE! SOLVED BY PUTTING CORD SOMEWARE ELS IN THE CASE.
