I need to make sure whats the real problem of my computer shutting down randomly.

Specs:
8gb ram
Intel core i5 3450S
Asrock h67m
Hyper 212 evo cooler
Old maxpower 400w psu
Dvd drive..
1 hardrive

Proccessor tested with prime95 for 24h worked no problems.
Got a new cooler (hyper 212evo) cut the temp. from 60°C to 36°C.
Got new memory(RAM) 8gb ran memtest,no problems.

It shuts down when I'm in a game but sometimes even after I log in or 5min of browsing..?
Which component is it?

Nothing? I should also maybe note that I have a messed up case which doesn't close properly and such so may the grounding out be a problem? Sometimes the pc works for like a month no crashing and then sometimes everyday for 5 times... I'm think PSU but please tell me what YOU think!

Are you able to turn it right back on after it shuts off? If so then I doubt it's overheating. It's possible it's the very cheap power supply you have. Do you have access to another one that you can try? Another possibility would be the motherboard is grounding out against the case somewhere. Did you use the proper amount of standoffs between the motherboard and case? Are they in the correct spots?

It turns it self on right after it shuts down(maybe after 2,3s...)

I just put all the stand offs a few days ago (I didnt have them all before). Still no help.

So are you sure you have the correct amount and they are only where they are supposed to be? Build the system outside of the case on a piece of cardboard and see what happens. If it works fine then it's was shorting out somewhere.

I'd open some temperature monitoring software while running something intensive (or even at idle).

If your temps are in range I would point to the PSU first and foremost. Those cheapy units tend to result in a lot of issues.
