Computer rebooting

I recently upgraded my video card to an x1800xt. Pretty much since I did that, the computer to randomly reboot 10 times a day. Could this be because of the power supply? It's a 500 watt, but going by Speedfan, I am getting less the 3.3volts on the 3.3 side. Seems like its most of the time around 2.8. Sometimes it will drop below 12 volts also. Could it be that this vid card just requires more power? If so, what p/s do you recommend...specifics.
thanks

EDIT: I also unhooked both DVDroms. floppy and a couple fans with same results

Here's a pic for reference:

maybe it has something to do with the voltage going to the vid card, maybe it is not enough. Im not too sure though.

I had close to the same problem with my ram. I had to up the voltage to it, then it worked fine.

Well, so far overnight, it hasn't rebooted. So, knock on wood, I think and hope that it fixed it. Thanks guys
