My computer restarts for no apperent reason, itried everything i know. I know it can be many things so i need suggestions. i just updated my BIOS to the latest version and it didnot help, just got rid of the stop error screen. my core voltage is at 1.4 and i cant change it in BIOS for some reason.
Windows Xp
Intel Pentium 4
512 mb
AGP is disabled could that be a problem, cause i dont know how to enable it

Do you event logs shed any light on the problem? look for the logs in the system log right before a time when your machine rebooted...

i had a problem like that but its just a shot in the dark

i had a system that doe that and it turned out to be the front power switch, because every thing booted up properly with no bios beeps i was confused, and it took a wile to find the problem.

what i had to do is open the system case and boot up the compuer normally then wile the pc was booting up i removed the case power switch from the mobo and it worked fine.

try that and plz reply if this was any help.
