#Check that your ram in the Bios is running at the proper speed and timings.
#Set hard drive as first bootable...thats after you have installed OS.
#Make sure you have installed the latest drivers available

Hmm thats all i can think of right now.

you need to go into your bios, and make sure your memory is running at the correct speeds, voltages and timings (look at the specs of your memory online, maybe write them down somewhere)

example (my memory)

speed: 800mhz
voltage: 1.9v
timings: 5-5-5-18

Thats an example, there are many different combinations.
