I built my computer about a year ago, and it ran extremely well. The main game I play is Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and when I first got my computer it ran CSGO at around 300 fps on the highest settings and pretty much any resolution. Now for some reason I am only getting around 200 or even just high 100's (180's and 190's). I haven't really changed anything in my computer since the last time I remember it being around 300 fps. I only noticed this around a month or two ago and I have no clue when it slowed down or why.
This is my build:

This isn't really an issue, unless I am running Fallout 4, where I get around 60 fps (high/ultra settings) which can fluctuate a decent amount downwards (it is locked at 60 so i don't know if it goes above 60 and i didnt play this game before I noticed the slow down so I don't know if it would have been different before), but I would like to know why my computer stopped running as fast recently.
Any help, or comments are appreciated!
