Computer Running Very Slow

I come back from vacation and my computer is acting very slow. I've run a scan with Spybot S&D, AVG, and avast! and it is still running slow. My specs are in my profile and they worked fine before vacation.
 
Stupid AOL! aolload.exe takes up like 95% of my CPU, it starts up with Windows and doesn't show up under the System Boot options when you go to msconfig. I have to end it as soon as my PC finishes booting up.

Wow, I can't believe AOL is taking up that much CPU. Can't you just un-install it? Do you use AOL as a provider or just your email? If not, then I would wipe out all AOL and just use Firefox as a browser. I always remove all traces of AOL of any new PC as long as the people dont need it
