Computer runs slow, infected with a Virus

Hello everybody,

I am a new member. I'm not sure if this is a virus and/or spyware but my computer seems to runs slow when I boot it up as well as when it gets to the start up menu. I have a Dell Dimension 9200 with an Intel® Core™2 CPU 6300@ 1.86GHz 1.86 GHz, 2.00 GB Memory, 32-bit Operating System running Windows Vista Business. I've run scans with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot Search & Destroy, BitDefender and they all come up clean scans. Below you'll find my HiJackThis Log. have you defragged your system in a while?? or run ccleaner to clean up any junk files etc?? would not hurt to do so.
 
even i think you should defrag and clean up your drivers..
and i suggest you install a good virus guard and update it and run a full scan..
 
If you haven't done it already, please download ccleaner and set the options like the attached image.

You also have some entries in hijackthis that we can stop from running at bootup that should speed things up a bit as well.

Then click on fix checked at the bottom.

A couple more things to suggest. How much memory is installed on this machine? You have 2 active malware programs running on bootup, you have teatimer from spybot and you have asquared antimalware. I would suggest disabling teatimer from running or uninstall spybot all together.

I would also suggest uninstalling Registry Mechanic as those type of programs cause more harm than good.
