Computer Slow! (Monitor?)

Well, I switched Monitors with my brother it was a Dell Monitor. When I played games on it, It was fine. But when I switched back to my monitor by the way it is a "hp 1502". The game is all Skippy, I'm thinking that my monitor is very better and it lags or skips game out because of high graphic in monitor?

Here is the monitor I used first for my game "counter strike Source".

Go into the settings of the game and bump the resolution down. If that doesn't help, play with the other settings.

It still is Skippy I don't no What to do! I messed with all the settings still nothing. And there is no set to default button, Because I yous to to play fine in it but I changed the settings when I changed screens. I just changed them again but how to set the original settings?

Try disabling one monitor while gaming.

I think the date on the camera is wrong because that picture was taken minutes before the tread was posted
