computer + sony tv = fuzzy text?

I have my desktop hooked up to my 32" sony lcd tv. running at 1360x768 res through hdmi, which is what the manual showed as being the best resolution, with windows in agreement and selecting it as recommended.

Now everything is awesome except sometimes i notice that in some applications the visuals get totally distorted (check pics).

Build is in my sig, what do?

Did you try to change it to a different resolution? Maybe you need to adjust the sharpness of the TV or something...

No idea if this will effect it, but try this:

Control Panel > Display >Adjust ClearType Text > Uncheck the box

Hey guys thanks for your help but I figured out what did it this morning.

I reset my ati catalyst settings and the text appeared normally, so I went through the tweaks I made to find the setting that was throwing it off.

If anyone ever has this issue, look for "Morphological Filtering" in your ati/nvidia control panel and disable it.
