Computer stalling

Ever since I installed Norton Internet Security 2012 my computer has been stalling. This stalling can be cured temporarily by clearing all browsing data. However, five minutes later, it is stalling again. I then installed Norton 360 which should have removed Norton Internet Security 2012 but the problem still remains.

Uninstall nortons totally and use free software such as Avast or Microsoft Securitry Essentials. Please use the norton removal tool to totally get rid of it.

Norton's Stinks, I had always hated it since the DOS days.

I have just been onto Norton and they spent an hour and a half doing disk clean-ups and removing traces of old Norton products. Only the latest version of Norton 360 is on my computer now. However, it does not seem to have worked.

Norton and McAffe will always slow down your computer. They're the absolute worst AV products out there and you're wasting your money on them.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials, it's free.

I have had Norton 360 on my laptop and current build since I got them and have never had a problem ever... Are you doing scans constantly? Give us your CPU model and amount of RAM and we could better help you.

I doubt there's anything he could do to fix it other than uninstalling Norton forever.
