Computer started up at 4:00 this morning

Don't have a clue. Was in sleep mode. Using windows 7 pro 64 bit. Its happened two or three times. Do not suspect a virus, hack or remote going on. Never set it up for that yet. Just goes to the start up screen to log into a profile. Both monitors lit up to log in. Any ideas ?


Also everybody was asleep.
these are dual 24" monitors.

oO into your BIOS and look for Wake on Event entries such as Wake on LAN.

It would probably be under Advanced BIOS settings.

Got a feeling your right in line. I was getting ready to play with this LOM lights out management. also something like DHCP maybe. don't remember. That might have had something to do with SSD.
Had something to do with VNC Plus viewer but also lights out and off. Yes my Intel motherboard supports it. Have not tried yet or installed. On the other hand when in the mood i will try it. http://realvnc.com/products/viewerplus/index.html
