Computer System Problem

I think my system is dying a slow death but not sure which system is failing me
so here's my problem last couple weeks my system takes few times to start (hitting on - off switch several times) half the time it starts and powers down less than a second, the other time just doesnt turn on, but it does turn on after several minutes of trying to turn it on.... so my question is
could this be CPU, Mobo or PSU?

It might not be any of them. Start smaller, like the cpu fan. Open the case, and look at it when you turn it on. Make sure the fan starts spinning. Also. Try unplugging and reconnecting the power switch control. Maybe even try replacing it. If something is bad in your computer, it's not just going to be dead for 10 minutes then decide to work.

2nd thought: It actually could be the motherboard. I once had a motherboard that got to the point that the only way it would work is if you bent it slightly when you turn on the pc.
