computer talks to me.. how can i make it stop?

My computer talks to me.. no idea why

Just got it working 2 days ago


It says something which I cant understand.... in a deep voice


only says something if I load a game or use Cat control center (has to be using something that shows video in cat for it to say something)....

Its starting to pi@@ me off... everytime I load a game I hear something like

(game @@@@ something something something) then it stops


any ideas would be great
 
Start>programs>acessories>accessibility>Narrator. Then deselect the check boxes, and exit out. That should solve your problem.
 
do you have any of the software installed that makes it to your you don't have to type stuff. like one of those voice recognition programs.
a friend of mine had that, then his system started doing weird stuff like that after awhile...we think it was that program he had, but we just formatted and reloaded (my answer for everything) lol

Another problem is with norton cant uninstall it... oo well


but I really wont this to stop first be for I go looking into other things


by the way computer is not a dell.. (thank god)
 
have you looked at the add/remove program list to see if there is any programs installed on your pc that could be causing this?
