Computer Total Rebuild

So I'm starting to get sick of the terrible cooling in my wimpy dell case (shame, I know, but I got it before i wanted to build one. thus, dell). I plan on building almost an entirely new computer, but not totally. To save money I want to re-use what I can from my old computer.

New stuff:
Case:

Mobo (this is the one i need help on, IDK what to look for really):

Processor:

Hard Drive:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136284

Old stuff (aka stuff I'm re-using)

750w power supply

radeon hd 4850
Side note: this I'm considering replacing with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130440&cm_re=9800-_-14-130-440-_-Product if money allows

3 Gb DDR2 RAM

DVD Burner

And I think thats all.

So, cf, here's where you come in.
Please let me know:
1) What I'm missing,
2) What I can improve, and
3) (this is the important one) Where I can save money without taking too much of a hit to overall performance.

By my calculations this comes to a total of $748.92 before shipping...ouch (see, this is why I'm re-using what I can)

Anyways, thanks in advance

hmm, a 9800gt is about equal to a 4850, so i wouldnt reccomend replacing, maybe run both. one for graphics, one for F@h
