Computer Upgrade

Hey, I'm looking to finally get around to fixing and upgrading my desktop. I already have some parts as listed:
CPU - AMD FX-6100
PSU - OCZ ZS Series 750w
Case - HAF 912
DVD burner
HDDs
GPU - Raedon HD 6850 1gb

All I really need is new motherboard and ram, but wouldn't mind upgrading the GPU if I can afford it. I'm basically going to use the computer for browsing, some steam gaming, maybe LoL and minecraft. My budget is around $300 before taxes and shipping, and I'm from Canada.

Yeah get a little more money for your GPU, get something along the lines of a 7850, that's what I got for 250€ and it works perfectly for most games. Played BF3 at max settings for example.
