Does anyone have a list of these files that have the ability to surf the net on an infected pc?

Does anyone have a full list of the things that a virus, worm or rat can do?
 
Yes, but you will be looking at millions of pages. Plus, there really isn't one because most of the list's are individually updated by different companies. There are millions of them and the best advice would be to just look them up when you find them.
