Computer Wont Boot!

A friend of mine is having trouble with her computer. It was working fine yesterday, but when she tried to boot it up this morning something was wrong.
She says that the bios do not boot, and there are no beeps. No posting, no nothing. She also says that her boot device LED is on (apparently this means there is a problem).

Mobo - Asus p8 z68 - V Pro

Any ideas? Sorry if there isnt enough info. Thanks

She has reset cmos, and tested ram, so its not that.

Do any fans turn on? Can you hear or feel the hard drive spin up? Try removing and reinserting the memory. Remove any hardware not needed to boot the computer, only have keyboard, mouse, video and 1 stick of memory. Try booting up.
