Computer won't boot

I get this message

"Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

I put in my windows 7 DVD and chose "Repair start up" but that didn't work.
 
I Image the OS to another drive but that is the message I got on the new drive so I re-booted in Windows using the orginal drive and it worked but then after that it didn't work and my cables are nice and tight and good. So I'm not sure if I need to go into the BIOS and do something, so now I'm getting that message on both Hard Drives. I'm an old timer and I forgot so much and that's why I'm posting.
 
If you have both drives plugged in then remove the imaged drive. Most likely the bios is wanting boot to the Imaged drive. You can change boot order.
