Okay I'll get straight to the point. (I have read over 100 posts/sites about the similar problem but no win and yes I did read the sticky thread.)

When I turn my computer on the Psu/Cpu/Gfx card fans spin and Nothing displays. Last past month I have bought a Psu/gfx card/Mobo But the problems still persists. Even taken out all the components and placed the motherboard on the box it came with and Reseated Cpu,Ram,Power cables and even swapped cpu's (AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition - AMD Athlon duel core(forgot which model)). Tried Clearing the Cmos(Battery and Jumper).

Specs:
AsRock 980DE3/U3S3
AMD FX 8-Core
G-Skill Sniper DDR3 1600 4GBx2
Gigabyte HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 OC
Aerocool VP-750w

If you've tried a different power supply you probably have a bad board I'm afraid.

Have you tried removing RAM sticks? Not reseating, removing.

Look and see if you have any bent pins on the CPU's, but I can't see that it would be cause of both. Just one maybe. When I got my 8 core, it came from the factory with a bent pin, could not believe they shipped it out that way, but they did. I bent it back carefully and it worked ever since.

The cpu doesn't have any bent pins, I take extra care when I swap/place anything.(even check every time) But I might aswell buy a cpu and more ram for my birthday next week, Maybe even a Cooler aswell.
