Computer won't show anything on screen

So I think I've narrowed this down to the AGP slot. I have an old P4 478 computer. It turns on fine, but does not show anything on the screen.

I've tried 2 different cards, but none of them work. (I don't know if they work at all, old AGP so I have nothing to test on. They both spin up fine.)

I've tried every RAM config. (Three slots, one stick for each)

Only the video card, RAM, CPU, heatsink, motherboard, and power supply make up the computer. It's out of the case.

I've tried different monitors, cables, and ports. (DVI, VGA) I've removed the CMOS battery and hit the power button a couple of times.

I reseated the CPU with fresh paste.

I put a speaker on it and it beeps once when it turns on. No beeps after that.

Anything left for me to do? I think I've exhausted my options.

Your confusing here. First you say PCI and then you say AGP. So does this only have pci video or does it have an agp slot? But it sounds like its a bad slot.
