Computer won't start after switching cases

I swapped my motherboard/PSU into a new case today but I can't get it to turn on. I think that I haven't connected the front panel cables correctly. There is no labelling of the particular F_panel connections on my motherboard. It is in a 10 -1 pin setup. I cannot find any literature online for the motherboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My motherboard is a Dell M017G.

This is the reason why you don't take an OEM computer and switch cases or upgrade motherboards because you will have a hard time finding the pinouts for what goes where. And I doubt very seriously you will get any help from Dell. You will have to trace the wires from the old case to find out where they led to and go from there most likely. The problem is you will have to end up cutting the existing case connections to make them work.

The problem is the old front panel connections went into the motherboard with a single 9-pin connector whereas the new ones are separate 2-pin arrangements: Power SW, Reset SW and HDD LED along with a 4-pin speaker wire.

Pretty much a hit and miss thing till you get it right. Most OEM board are all pinned different.

Sometimes you can trace the wires on the old OEM case connector back up to the power switch/reset/power LED, that way you can tell which pins on the board where for what.
