computer worm?

Hi...i'm a newbie here, experiencing some problems with my computer
Hope some of u can help me out

REcently i had this problem of my computer turning on by itself after i had shut down the com for about 1 min....

Is it some kind of virus or worm?..if so how can i rectify this problem?
 
i think your psu might be faulty; as a temporary fix have a look in your bios and see if there's an option for powering the system up after a power loss, disable this and it might cure the problem until you get a new psu.
