Computerforum and Internet Explorer

Does anyone here use Internet Explorer?

Fed up with the direction Firefox is heading and it becoming less reliable, Not liking Chrome also I've started using Internet Explorer and I like it.

However...Computer forum looks odd on IE, like the text is in Bold and squashed together in a completely different style..it doesn't look right.

Any ideas why this is? :)

Yup, when I use IE11 it also looks odd. I use Chrome as my main browser but in IE it does look odd. Must be some browser compatibility issues. You could try compatibility mode if IE still has that.

Based on firefox.

Your point? You can't even compare Firefox to Pale Moon.

To provide some clarity, here's an announcement about a few hot topics and general misconceptions:

Pale Moon is in no way affiliated with the (for-profit) Mozilla Corporation or (non-profit) Mozilla Foundation.
Pale Moon will continue, now and in the future, to have a familiar set of controls and efficient, intuitive UI. "Australis", the Firefox 29 new interface, will not be adopted in Pale Moon.
Pale Moon will not implement DRM, including but not limited to "EME" or Adobe's closed-source encryption module. If you wish to access DRM-protected content, you should use a site-specific, appropriate plugin.
Pale Moon will not implement advertisements on its QuickDial page.
Pale Moon implements all of the most recent security patches. Don't be fooled by the major version number "24", which is maintained solely for (clarity about) extension compatibility.
Pale Moon, including the 64-bit version, is built strictly from release code. Unstable and experimental (nightly) code is never used.
Despite what certain people insist on perpetuating, Pale Moon is not a "simple rebuild" of Firefox with some reconfigurations. A lot of work has gone into Pale Moon to create and maintain its current feature set, user interface, stability and performance. It is an alternative, divergent browser project that cannot be directly compared with Firefox anymore.

And on the palemoon website

This browser, even though close to Firefox in the way it works, offers a different set of features than its sibling.

and

..the core rendering functions for Pale Moon and Firefox will be a very close

and a feature of:

Firefox Sourced! This means you get the reliability and security of the Firefox browser code, and the wide array of Firefox options and features.

Yes its different, in the same way Linux distros are different.

Could you give me a screenshot of it?
I use the newest IE version on my test computer 2 and computer forum looks fine.
So I would like to compare if that's okay...

See the difference in the text compared to your above text in Firefox
?..its not as clear/sharp and looks sort of bold-ish to me.

regardless im now using Pale moon,Its been great so far..like the old firefox was. :)

I saw the difference between the 2 when I was using IE and switched to Pale Moon. Liked the way Pale Moon looked over IE so I switched totally. Happy Mooning Shane lol

Hmmm...not sure what is it that you don't like on your IE,but it looks completely the same to me like it does to you.
Yea MAYBE A LITTLE bold-ish,but it's really not a big of a deal.Honestly that is currently the last thing I would be worrying about lol.

You can try going to Tools->Internet options->Advanced and there turn off the option called "Enable visual styles on buttons and controls in webpages".
It's not really going to fix that "bold-ish" thing, but controls will look more clear. To me at least.

But hey don't blame IE.Blame Computer Forum for having an old theme style! :D
