computers built need some help i keep getting a black screen

it wont work what i did was i took out the graphics card and put it in to a different slot the fist slot worked windows loaded and everything and now the other pci slot would give me a blue screen the i reinstalled windows and now i get a black screen does anybody know what the problem is please help me

gpu ati radeon hd
x2 3870
psu thermaltake tr2 600watt
ram pny 4gb ddr3 1066 1600

Have you tried putting it back in the first slot. Plus did you plug in the PCIe power connectors back in?

yeah i plug it in the first slot i get nothing on the screen i cant even watch it boot the second slot boots but you cant get to the sign in

the computer worked before it says the power supply supports intel core i5 and i7

i figured out the problem my graphics card was dirty so i cleaned it of and then it worked
