No need for the HDMI convertor. DVI is the same quality but without sound. That monitor doesn't have speakers, anyway.

Your case doesn't have much for cable management. Look at the NZXT source.

Besides that, not much else. Not gonna be doing any high end gaming, but wouldn't get there with that budget.

The reason for the adapter is because the graphics card has a HDMI output. is D-SUB the same as DVI?

Like said, no need for the adapter. The Card and Monitor both have DVI and the Monitor comes with a DVI cable.
 
I have a budget that varies, i would like to save money and stay under $600.
do you have many other graphics cards that i might be able to use?
 
Right now you're at $527, plus you'll need windows, which is another $100. Really, you couldn't get any better build than this for under $600, with windows.
 
I know you have a budget but If you want a gaming computer you might want to spend a bit more on your CPU and your Graphics Card.
 
i will only play minecraft and run a minecraft server, or play skyrim. do you think this rig will do for that?

P.S. if you havent played minecraft cheak it out
