Configuring iPad 2 with my exchange 2oo3 woes

Hi,
I am trying to configure my iPad to receive my company exchange email so that I can cover my own work whilst on annual leave however the IT support that we have are totally clueless. Does anyone know and pointers that they could share with me ?

I have asked the IT to enable active sync which they claim they have and we have OWA enables for web access but thats where the support ends?

Anyone know what we need to do to enable the iPad to sync with company email and calendar?

You will need to setup an exchange account on your iPad.

To do this:

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange > Enter your details (email address, domain, username, password, server name) > Sync!

Its simple as long as you have the appropriate details from your company.

Do you know the OWA address?
