Confuse.. compatable RAM for my mother board?

I just upgraded my mother board. and realise that my rams from the old mother board dont fit... : |

what should i look for when buying rams for this board?

huh?
that says 184 pins. while my new board is 240pins?
dose that PC# matter? (PC3200 PC4000, ect)
i couldnt find a PC # for the board from the specs they gave me
