Confused about a PSU.. Please help!

Hi

I am looking to upgrade my PSU to an Antec True Power 550Watt :

The trouble I'm having is that I read one review about new PSU's, and it said to be careful about some new PSU's not having a -5v lead. Do I need this lead?

My Motherboard is an Asus P4P800:

Is this power supply ok to use on this motherboard?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes that PSU will work fine, and is a superb unit.
