Confused about something written by Nintendo

Hey, was just wondering if on the nintendo site they had just got this horribly wrong.

1. What accessories can I use with my Nintendo 64?

The Nintendo 64 is compatable with a number of accessories. These include:
· Rumble Pak
· Controller Pak (Memory Pak)
· Transfer Pak
· Expansion Pak (GameCube compatible)
· RF Switch Set (GameCube compatible)

The expansion pack was 4mb of ram, I am pretty sure that the gamecube needs it and or has any room for it.

So if thats the case why the hell have Nintendo published that on their site?

I do know what an expansion pack is I own one.

Its the fact that on the official Nintendo site. It says

· Expansion Pak (GameCube compatible)

The fact it says that, what you have posted is gamecube compatible when really it is not.

Hmm, that's what I thought as well. Something that old being used for the GameCube? Must be a mix-up, or they are mis-naming w/e product is compatible with both of them.

Yes, thing is, this was under the Nintendo 64 section. Unless there is a Gamecube expansion which woks with the wii or something. And the bloke wrote this pretty quick. Ahh hell I dont know. But I do know they got it wrong.
