confused and Looking for a way to hide applications

hey everybody i was just wondering if their is a way to hide applications like i do with keylogger when i press ctrl+alt+F9 i mean is their any programme that can do that it's just for my privacy because i use the computer with other persons so is their any solution or close to that , thanks for the interest
ps : when i say applications i mean ( chrome ,mozila , vlc , work ,...) programmes in general

make yourself the admin on the pc then lock these programs with a password so they can't use them

Or make a VB script which is going to run the programs without showing the window...
