hey sorry to burden you with my problems but i am extremely confused about my current situation. I live in a house and there are 15 people in this house, we are all students, we only have one BT phone line, and one socket. This year we want internet and we don't know what provider to use, im thinking either Be or 02, Be Pro does 24 mb and 2.5 upload speed for £25 per person for the year, and 02 8mb and upload speed for 1.3 is around £13-19 roughly per person. I tested my line speed and apparently it can only handle 6.5mb. My issue is how do i know if it can handle upto 15 people online at the same time, and if there are 15 people using it will it mean that the internet will be really really slow? can it handle 15 people? is it possible to have 1 wireless internet box support upto 15 people in a house.

Well 15 people using 1 connection is gonna be real slow I wager if they are all on at the same time.
If any of them are download/upload a lot its gonna be REAL slow. I split my connection between 4 computers and I can't upload/download more then 50% of my speed or I lag the other 3 PCs.
