Is there anyway that I can use my desktop PC without a monitor? I have a laptop and am wondering if I can hook the desktop up to the laptop and use the laptops monitor for the desktop? My problem is I do not currently have a monitor cable so I can't have the desktop hooked up to my lcd. So I would need to do it via USB or Firewire. Is this possible? Thx

Not to be arrogant, but why don't you buy a new monitor cable, it's only about $15. If it's a money issue, I totally understand, but thought I'd just throw that out there...

Ah, gotcha, the only ways that you could just connect to most video cards is standard RGB, DVI and TV-Out(S-Video). Unless you've got something to go with that, I'm afraid your plum out o' luck!
