Connect PC to TV

i have a ati 9250 with tv out. first question is how to i switch between my monitor and the tv ( i have tried looking for the "tv" option in the display settings in control panel. also, will a 4pin s-video cable transmit sound or do i need a separate cable for this also. thanks in advance

You need to use the ATI Catalyst Control Center (CCC) to switch between the TV and monitor, you can get the drivers and CCC from www.ati.com

The S-Video cable only transmits video, the same with composite and component. The only type that transmits both is HDMI I believe.

ok then- does anyone know if it is possible to get a combined s-video and audio cable of about 3 metres?
