Connected but no internet access?

My laptop can't connect to wireless internet and I have no clue why.
I can't connect to the wireless internet at my workplace, but I can absolutely do it at my house.
Other co-workers can connect to the wireless without any problem by using laptops, iPads, smartphones... etc. I also tried using my smartphone to connect, which connects successfully.
But I just can't get my laptop connected. It detects wireless internet, it connects automatically and I have entered the right password.
However, my laptop keeps saying that it's connected but with no internet access. And it keeps identifying the internet, but it can never identify the internet.
Can someone please help me? I don't think my laptop is broken, I can definitely connect to the wireless internet at my house.

What operating system does it have? Vista or 7 I assume. Go into network and sharing center. On the left hand side, click on where it says manage wireless networks. Delete the network connection and set it back up again. Usually this works about 95 percent of the time.

Oops I forgot to mention the operating system. My laptop is Windows 7, it's Toshiba Satellite P745.
Another question, does virtual IP have to do with this kind of problem? Because one of my co-worker's husband was examining my laptop and he said my laptop has a lot of virtual IP, he doesn't know if this is the problem.

If you have a static ip address set for your home network, then you'll have to set it obtain ip address automatically at work.

After I tried your suggestion, I still can't get connected.
I let my laptop do the troubleshoot and the problems found is "Problem with wireless adapter or access point". But I know for sure the wireless internet at my workplace is definitely working fine.
My wireless network connection status keeps changing back and forth between "Connected" and "Limited access". And when I open up the Network and Sharing Center, it only shows "Identifying..." all the time. But it never identified anything...
I'm connected but no network access... what's wrong with my laptop?

Uninstall the wireless adapter and reinstall it. You can also try an updated driver for the wireless.

Does your workplace use a Proxy server?

I visit a couple of schools locally and the teachers have to set the proxy server at school and remove it when at home.

Just a thought.

I've opened up device manager to view the adapters, but I see 5 of them and I don't know which one is the right one that I should remove and install. They are...
Intel(R) Centrino(R) WiMAX6150
Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 6150
Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter
Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter #2
Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller

I' sorry but I'm really stupid when it comes to computer...

I don't know if my workplace is using a proxy server, all I know is they are using something called DLink. I guess DLink is just a router?

Need specific model number. Should be something like P745-S4102. Look on the bottom of the laptop for a sticker with whole model number listed.
