connected to the internet but cannot browse

i am having a problem with my internet connection
i have windows 7 and i can connect to the internet because i can see the network icon in my taskbar
but i cannot browse websites
i have tried different browsers
but nothing worked

Wired or wireless? Open a command prompt and type ipconfig /all and list what it says for the items with red marks next to them.

dude i use my nokia phone to connect to the internet
i just connect my nokia phone to my laptop and then connect to the internet using Nokia PC Suite

the problem is that i can open sites and browse the internet for some time and then suddenly i can't use browse (but i can still see the internet icon in my taskbar and it doesn't show any kind of problem)
