Connecting Computer to TV

Hey guys... once again i was wondering what is the best way to connect my Toshiba Satelite A75 notebook to the tv. I dont know if it would be through the VGA cable or what but any ideas would be very helpful

but when i plug it in through VGA i am not sure how to set it up but for some reason i have to like drag stuff to the other screen and its very blurry and bad quality
 
Well, look at your TV's specs and find what the native resolution is. You want to be running in the correct resolution and in progressive mode, if available.

As for dragging stuff, if you don't want this, you need to setup in CLONE mode. This is normally under the advanced video settings.
