I have HP EliteBook 6930p and Samsung Fascinate from Verizon. I am trying to connect my laptop to internet via bluetooth to my smartphone. For some reason my computer has a hard time seeing my phone when i go to set up a bluetooth PAN connection. It does see it for other reasons, like when i want to transmit files. So it doesn't make sense how come it see it then but not when i am trying to set up a bluetooth PAN.
At one point it did recognize it, but then i ran into a different problem, for some reason when my computer started to install drivers for the new connection it find a driver for "Peripheral Bluetooth Device"
where can i find a that driver? And why my computer doesn't recognize my phone most of the time when i try to set up Bluetooth PAN?
