I am a ADSL user and connect to internet using bridge mode that is set in my ADSL modem/router. when I open My Computer in Windows 7 I see a list of other people in my Network section as shown below.

Other problem is that when I want to go to my modem web panel by entering 192.168.1.1 in my browser, I see it tries to connect to other modems and if I enter default user/pass I can log into other peoples modem!
What's wrong? Is that my ISP fault for misconfiguration ?

Is this a home network that you're speaking about or is this a public network? (something at a coffee shop or the like)

On a home network it is completely normal to be able to see other computers on the network. On each computer you would have to enable file sharing to actually be able to access anything on them. So just because you can see them does not mean that they are not secure. In addition it is also normal for you to be able to login to your router using the default username and password. This is not a misconfiguration on your ISP's part. They leave the devices as default so you the customer can access the device and change the configuration and password to what ever you want. Just because you can access the router from inside your network with default login does not mean it can be accessed from outside your network with default login. In conclusion it looks like your network is perfectly normal to me.
