Well, i dont have a seperate modem, I have the BT Voyager 2100, which is a wireless router with modem built into it. And i dont have a spare modem anywhere, so i cant test that very easily...wells said:See if you can connect directly to your modem. This will eliminate any possibility of a router issue.
EDIT: You'll of course have to use a wired connection. You still dont know if this is a wireless or network problem. (hint hint)
