Connection dropping out :mad:

I use a Belkin router, my pc is connected via cable. I use Windows 7. The wee icon sometimes goes to little yellow triangle and it says no intenet access even though in my router settings I am connected and all the appriopriate lights are on on the router. What is going on :/
I use onboard network card, from the Asus board, it is Atheros something.

P.S. It's only started happening a few days ago.

Your modem or router could be dropping the connection. Also try upgrading the driver for your network card. Call your internet provider to make sure they aren't dropping the connection, they can do a modem test. Try connecting straight to the modem instead of the router to see if its a router problem.

try typing ipconfig in the CMD line, see if you are given an IP, try pinging your router to see if it is alive, and do a tracert to see where the traffic is stopping.
