Connection to Channel 4 on demand (4od)

I would like to download programmes from 4od. I cannot connect because they say my IP is outside the UK. It is not. I connect through freedom2surf. They say I must be using anonymiser software to disguise my IP (if I am I am unaware of it) or I am trying to connect to the service through a proxy server
(again, if I am I am unaware of it).
If anyone has any advice I would be grateful. I would also like to know if anyone else using Freedom2surf has this problem.
 
I checked the IP that you have used on this forum, and what you say checks out, I can't find any reason why channel 4's service sees you as outside the UK. I've also checked that I can successfully download the application, and I can. So it's not a problem with their system.

I would suggest you contact Freedom 2 Surf's technical support, they will be able to help you figure out why it's showing you as outside the country.
