Connections refused...

Alright, I dont know what is going on but I can not log on to Yahoo or any other Email services. There is a error message in firefox that reads- "connection refused". The same problem exists in IE too. And my internet connection works fine and me firewall is Norton.

Can someone help me?

norton ir probably your problem.. try disabling it, and see if it works. Then if it does, re enable it and try to find a setting to make it work.
